1. In the User ID text box, type your Active username.
2. In the Username text box, type your Active username.
3. In the Nickname text box, type your Active username.

   

4. Click the Connect button.
   

   

5. On the menu bar, click File and select New Channel.
   
6. Type #macintosh or another channel listed and select Join.
