while using Internet Explorer under Windows 3.x and other internet applications,
how can I fix this?
This usually has to do with the baud rate of your modem. If your modem
is a 14.4KBps modem (14400 Bps) then you should set your baud rate to 19200.

rate to 38400. This is done under Trumpet Winsock by selecting File then Setup.
Baud rate should be near the bottom of the Setup Window. Remember to restart
Trumpet Winsock to allow the changes to take effect.
